THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Our 2021 production of The Tempest was directed by Jonathan Vickers.  Jonathan has been a member of the Arcadians since 2008, when he directed The Winter's Tale, set in a gypsy encampment.  Since then, he has directed Cymbeline, Measure for Measure, Falstaff and Pericles, and has appeared as Petruchio, Macbeth, Puck and Malvolio.  He has also directed and acted for Chavenage Productions and for The Cotswold Players.  Jonathan' notes on the progress of the production, and his 'closing notes', can be read here
